“ So glad that we found this cafe! The food was so good (I had The OutKast sandwich). Gorgeous venue with a chill and serene ambience. Friendly staff and the owners made us feel like family. Can’t wait to visit again! ”
“ I hosted a Mother's Day event in honor of my mom (who passed a few days before her birthday and Mother's Day last May), and all moms and mother figures. I called the Cafe 1 week before to inquire about hosting the event here, and happened to speak directly with Angela, the owner. She was so personable and encouraging, which confirmed I made the right choice. A couple of days before the event I stopped in to try the food, and also to see where exactly I could set up, and how many tables I would be able to reserve. The day of the event was a success, thanks to Angela and her team! I had an intimate group of ladies, which was perfect. I ended up donating the decorations and a few gift bags I had leftover to show my appreciation as well. I've returned a few times to support during my short-term stay in Atlanta. I love this place! Thank you, Angela and team! ”
“ Small cafe that packs a punch in service and quality of their menu offerings. We had the avacado toast that was to die for. The pickled onion strands on it were a nice touch. The cappuccino was great with that extra espresso shot. The drinks were served up in this fancy glassware. The Everything Bagel was very tasty with the house cream cheese. Will have to return for more. ”
“ We had delicious cappuccinos here this morning, Cafe Bartique is everything you would want in a local coffee shop, family owned and operated, with personal and friendly service. The owner took the time to walk over and introduce herself and tell us a little bit about the family history of the place, She made sure we felt welcome. Such a good experience, we went again the next morning. ”
“ This place is a dream for a black creative The team has really curated the atmosphere to be vibrant, yet serene. You can come here to create, work, or just chat with friends while having coffee and a bite to eat. I would recommend any of their sandwiches or teas. ”
“ I wandered into Cafe Bartique yesterday for the first time—and found myself welcomed with warmth and grace by Kristen, whose kindness set the tone for what became a quietly beautiful evening. A simple sandwich, thoughtfully prepared, and a soothing peach hot tea were just what I needed as I settled in to shape the latest edition of my company’s newsletter. For two hours, I worked uninterrupted, surrounded by soft bench seating, lush textures, and a thoughtful curation of art that made the space feel like a sanctuary. Cafe Bartique strikes that rare balance—elegant yet unpretentious, cozy yet inspired. I look forward to many return visits for both focused work and reflective pause. You are a welcome gem in Cascade Heights. Keep rising. ”
“ First time there today and it was awesome! Had a hot latte it was so good and a breakfast sandwich. Met one of family member owners. The staff was so welcoming and nice and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend ”
“ Low key black coffeehouse that plays 90s to early 2000s RnB (& club hip hop). It has a decent sized food menu & it's perfect to catch a vibe while completing work. It's quaint & well lit with ample seating. Bought a large latte (16 oz) for 7 and it was creamy/frothy, yet mildly sweet (flavored with butter pecan which was perfect for me). Plenty of black art and HBCU endorsements. This establishment edges out Black Coffee Westside as the top choice for black coffeehouses in this area (Black Coffee Westside 404 Coffee). ”
